MEET THE GREENVIEW TEAM

Greenview Real Estate and Property Development was founded in 2016 by Shaukat Dudhia to provide professional real estate and property development services. Mr. Dudhia serves as the Director of Greenview, leveraging his longstanding experience buying and selling property, and his unique understanding of customers’ needs, particularly in the low-to-middle income market. 

The Greenview office is located at Foxdale Court, comprising of finance, sales and marketing and logistics teams. Margaret leads Greenview’s finance team, responsible for preparing financial analysis and managing client invoicing and payments. Natasha manages Greenview’s sales and marketing, responsible for working directly with clients and for leading Greenview’s marketing outreach campaigns. Joseph is responsible for Greenview’s logistics across multiple building sites and properties.
